Lord Vendredi [Sigil] is the master in charge of this quest.
In consultation with the Priest of the Temple of Earth, I have decided to
proclaim a day of peace where the all may walk the streets of Sigil without
fear of armed conflict. I want you to help enforcing this new proclamation
for the Day of Peace. All those inside these walls must lay aside their
weapons during this day and foreswear violence. Please consult with my
trusty Police Sergeant. It is through his zeal that we have a list of the
most violent malefactors who need to be reminded that my word is law. Only
by the most meticulous enforcement of my proclamations may the people of
Sigil know that it is I, Lord Vendredi, who holds sway here. Let your
