Lord Telleri [Tellerium] is the master in charge of this quest.
As a town of warriors, Tellerium naturally has a division of warriors on
horseback. Although they are rarely in town, as they go on scouting patrols
most often, they still must stop in Tellerium for rest. When the warriors
are making use of luxurious accommodations provided for them, their mounts
have to stay in the Stables of Tellerium. Although I am sure they are well
looked after, I want to be sure that the horses are cared for as well as
their riders. I need you to inspect the stables and the attached Riding
Range, then check the public fountain to make sure the horses can drink from
it easily. Your report is eagerly awaited and will be well rewarded if you
