This quest is called 'Ingrediant Gathering', for Adventurers levels
40 to
60.
Description of Ingrediant Gathering:
Samantha, the herbalist has been complaining that the gnome barbarians
outside her shop have been quarreling. Her assistant is so scared of
venturing out and gathering reagents that he has gone on a holiday until the
gnome barbarian problem has subsided. It is up to you to carry out
punishments upon them as well as collect some Silverthorn plants for
Samantha. You should also talk to the neighboring shopkeepers and ask them
about the problem. Be sure to bring proof that you have punished the
gnomes.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to
32 quest points,
2 practice points,
14000 experience points, and
2000 gold pieces.

Ingrediant Gathering consists of:
Phase 3: Defeat
A gnome barbarian.
Can be found in Sigil on the road by the temple. I think it's sanctuary street or something similar. —

Phase 5: Recover
a silverthorn plant.
Can be found either on the floor in the southwestern corner of the courtyard in Sigil castle, or in the labrynith of Acron. —
