This quest is called 'The Goblin and The Imp', for Adventurers levels

Description of The Goblin and The Imp:
I have received word from my good friend the Goblin Slayer that the imps
and goblins contained within the labyrinth are becoming harder for him to
contain. He needs an apprentice to head a dangerous mission into the heart
of the labyrinth to decrease the imp and goblin population, if you know what
I mean. While you are there you should also look out for lost adventurers
straying around the labyrinth and save them if you can. However, before you
start out you should first visit the Goblin Slayer to learn more on the
situation. Your assistance will be well rewarded upon your success.
