NPC: A goblin slayer
Long Desc: A mighty goblin slayer is here, leaning against a tree.

This man has dedicated his entire life to the slaying of goblins.  He
yells out for all to hear that should anyone bring him proof of killing a
goblin, he'll reward them handsomely.  If you are a little short on cash,
perhaps you should go out, and rid the city of a few goblin vermin.  Just
remember to bring him back something to prove you killed it.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
