This quest is called 'Library Looting', for Adventurers levels 40 to 75.
Description of Library Looting:
When the Rune librarian went and unlocked the Library doors this morning
she noticed something strange. One of the windows had been smashed. It
seems not that a good deal of literature and valuables has been stolen. I
don't have the time to have the city guards investigate the theft as they
are spread too thin right now. I need you to go and check our library and
other town library's to compare the security and talk with anyone who
frequents the library. May the Powers be with you!
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 30 quest points, 3 practice points, 9000 experience points, and 7500 gold pieces.
