NPC: The wrinkled librarian
Long Desc: An old wrinkled librarian watches you enter.

The old human's head bobs and shakes as he looms over a tome.  He doesn't
seem like he has seen you come in as he digs at the wiry hairs that are
slowly making their way out of his ear to collect with the rest on the sides
of his head.  A droplet of something collects below his nostrils which seems to
free itself as he finally notices your presence with a startle and a jolt.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
