Lord Maldra [Maldra Keep] is the master in charge of this quest.
Maldra's Keep has long been reputed to be a clean town, kept so by our
many cleaners. However, as of late, rats have infested all corners of the
town, stealing our food from even the safest of places. I would like you to
venture into the town, killing whatever rats you may find in an attempt to
rid us of them. Check all the corners of the Keep in your quest. Time is
