Description of Dining Guide:
Tourism is at an all time low as of late. I've decided it's high time a
promotional guidebook for New Rigel be published. It shall, of course,
include the best of the best New Rigel has to offer. It shall be
distributed around the world, to bring more people into our fair town. I
need you to visit a few of our fine restaurants and bring me back samples,
so that I can create a definitive list. Don't take too long! I don't want
the food to spoil before I try it.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to
40 quest points,
2 practice points,
10000 experience points, and
10000 gold pieces.

Dining Guide consists of:
