This quest is called 'Weapons Drop', for Adventurers levels 180 to 239.
Description of Weapons Drop:
For too long has Lord Maldra, of Maldra's Keep been supporting the very
evil forces that I attempt to suppress. I feel, as one of the Vendredi
lineage, that it is my duty to do what I can to infiltrate the Keep, and
help destroy the dark forces that dwell therein. As I am unable to go there
myself, I am sending you to help equip an uprising in the Keep, led by
disgruntled guards. Collect some weapons from my good friends around the
town, and deliver them, undetected, to the leader of the coup in Maldra's
Keep. On your expedition to Vospire, seek out the King to see what help he
can provide. Also, visit my good friend, Baron Von Hannibal and find out
what training our great academy can provide to our friends in the Keep.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 65 quest points, 6 practice points, 20000 experience points, and 12000 gold pieces.
You have 240 minutes remaining to complete this quest.
Weapons Drop consists of:

Phase 1: Locate and deliver an Eldmarian Slayer to A stoic castle guard.

Alioth Flint in sigil. Guard wanders maldras keep. — Kirali

Guard is found most easily in the throne room or on the way to Lord Maldra. — Aerii

Phase 2: Locate and deliver a Sigil axe to A stoic castle guard.

Instructor in academy in Sigil. Guard wanders maldras keep. — Kirali

Phase 3: Locate and deliver a bumblebee stinger to A stoic castle guard.

Bumblebees in Dio. Guard wanders maldras keep. — Kirali

Phase 4: Visit Baron von Hannibal.

Fighting Academy, Tarragon Street, Sigil — Jasra

Phase 5: Locate and deliver a standard sword of Vospire to A stoic castle guard.

Sword off of Vospire Cityguards, stoic is in Maldra's. — Kritos

Phase 6: Visit The King of Vospire.

Vospire castle. Make sure you go nw at the hobbit, otherwise its a death trap. — Azazeal
