Questmaster: Lord Vashir [The Towne of New Rigel]
This quest is called 'New Partner', for Adventurers levels 30 to 59.
Description of New Partner:
My nephew has just arrived here from the town of Tellerium. As you know,
they do not believe in magic there. Truth be told, they fear it. Courage
runs in my family's veins, and my nephew wishes to learn the basics of spell
casting so that he his able to show his friends in Tellerium how useful
magic can be. You will be responsible for gathering sufficient equipment
only, for I will have one of my most powerful Archons teach him the ways of
magic. When you return, we will celebrate my nephew's new beginning!
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 35 quest points, 3 practice points, 21000 experience points, and 14000 gold pieces.
