Lord Telleri [Tellerium] is the master in charge of this quest.
As the Lord of Tellerium I am the first person alerted when trouble
arises. I have heard reports that our city's water supply has developed a
bad-tasting bacteria that has given our drinking water a bad name. As
leader of this city I need someone to journey to several aquatic facilities
and examine the quality of the water that exists there. We have concluded
that water fowl have mildly polluted the water supply and have kept our water
from being as fresh as possible. Go to these areas that center conveniently
around Scrane and exterminate some of the species that are causing the
trouble. Help serve this city and keep the water supply safe and tasting
great.
