This quest is called 'Cheaters Never Prosper', for Adventurers levels 30 to 60.
Description of Cheaters Never Prosper:
One of the reasons that the Sigil Fighting Academy has such a strong
reputation is because it has a long-standing tradition of honor. Unlike
other schools that focus simply on the mindless details of battle, the
Academy tries to give its students a broad background in combat skills that
will help them to succeed. While the fundamentals are still regarded as
most important, Academy students also learn about the history of warfare,
and about modern strategy and tactics. In order to maintain such high
standards, the Academy is very selective about who is allowed to enroll,
allowing only the finest warriors to continue their training. With such
high standards, it should come as no surprise that the Academy absolutely
will not tolerate cheating. Recently, it has been discovered that several
students have been bribing a custodian employed by the Academy to obtain
test answers for them. It will be your job to punish the custodian and the
students involved as severely as you see fit.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 30 quest points, 3 practice points, 16000 experience points, and 1200 gold pieces.
