This quest is called 'Cheaters Never Prosper', for Adventurers levels 30 to 60.
Description of Cheaters Never Prosper:
One of the reasons that the Sigil Fighting Academy has such a strong
reputation is because it has a long-standing tradition of honor. Unlike
other schools that focus simply on the mindless details of battle, the
Academy tries to give its students a broad background in combat skills that
will help them to succeed. While the fundamentals are still regarded as
most important, Academy students also learn about the history of warfare,
and about modern strategy and tactics. In order to maintain such high
standards, the Academy is very selective about who is allowed to enroll,
allowing only the finest warriors to continue their training. With such
high standards, it should come as no surprise that the Academy absolutely
will not tolerate cheating. Recently, two students were observed stealing
the answers to an important test. It will be your job to contact the
director of the academy, locate the students in question, and punish them as
severely as you see fit.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 15 quest points, 2 practice points, 8000 experience points, and 1240 gold pieces.
