Description of Quest Master Quarrels:
I have noticed a disturbing trend in Rune. Many questing adventurers no
longer come to me for quests but prefer to travel to Lady Undya of Xaventry
or Lord Vashir of New Rigel. I need you to go visit them and see how they
are attracting all of these noble adventurers. Then speak to the mayor of
Rune for his opinion on the matter. This should help you to become more
acquainted with other towns as well as our own. Your assistance with this
matter will be well rewarded!
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to
60 quest points,
2 practice points,
16000 experience points, and
6000 gold pieces.

Quest Master Quarrels consists of:
Phase 1: Visit
Lord Vashir.
To find Lord Vashir, go to New Rigel. Go recall (New Rigel Sanitarium). Exit the sanitarium. Go east. You'll be on Pine Road. Continue east on Pine past the town square and past the bank. At the east end of Pine, go north to Lord Vashir's house. (It's in the room description.) You may have to open the doors to his house. —

From Rune Courtyard, go 3n, 2w, 1s. You may have to "open south" to enter the Mayor's house. NOTE: This HAS to be done last. If you try to do it before visiting Vashir and Undya, it won't work. —
