This quest [1841] is called 'Tax Man in Towne',
for Adventurers levels 30 to 59.
Lady Undya [The Towne of Xaventry] is the master in charge of this quest.
Several years ago it became clear that along with the astonishing
advances in our economy due to the newly forged alliance between the
different Townes of Sepharia we were going to have to find some way of
financing the many joint projects we could undertake, this culminated in the
development of the Balloon network which, although it didn't actually
involve Xaventry, cost the Towne at least half of its gold. We developed
the idea of Taxes for the common people of Sepharia to balance out the huge
costs this project entailed to us but the people of the Towne didn't take
very well to the idea and have refused to pay any money to my Tax
Collectors. I want you to find those who have refused to pay and execute
them as an example to all those who would see this great Towne descend into
ruin. Hurry back with news of your success!
