Long Desc: You spot an elven thief trying to hide his presence in the shadows.

This is an elf who has resorted to stealing as a way to earn a living.
Although not many in number here in Xaventry, thieves still exist in the
area.  No matter what Lady Undya can do to stop the petty crimes, criminals
exist in every town.  This character is one of Xaventry's finest.
He is a elf approximately 4'7" tall.
