This quest [1843] is called 'The Cold Shoulder',
for Adventurers levels 30 to 59.
Lady Undya [The Towne of Xaventry] is the master in charge of this quest.
Ever since I appointed General Naveel as the commander of this Towne's
military presence, he's started to get more and more independent, this
worries me and yet I have let it go without action for many months.
However, I can do this no longer as he has begun to become outright
rebellious to my commands, he is becoming rude and has even stopped
attending our weekly strategy meetings, I believe that although the General
is a good man, he has become restless in these times of peace, where a
standing army in a Towne such as Xaventry is almost pointless. However, I
cannot let such insubordination go unpunished and I must set an example for
the rest of the soldiers stationed in the barracks. Set an example and
whilst you are in the area, try and calm General Naveel for me would you?
