This foot soldier is lightly dressed in leather armor and carries a worn
spear.  He appears to not belong to any particular brigade, so he may be a
mercenary guard who you could hire.  Although he dresses professionally, he
acts as if he has had just a little too much to drink.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
