Tonight, I am hosting our annual festival. This year's theme involves
competitions. Patrons from all over Sepharia will arrive to test their
might, dexterity and willpower in this year's events. With much careful
planning with my council and military leader, we have devised every possible
scenario and how to take control in case any unpleasant event occurs.
However, we expect that it will all unfold without incident. Unfortunately,
we have yet to find any suitable townsfolk to participate in the festival,
so I ask you to visit the good general and gather details on potential
contestants. Once you have completed your field research please report your
