Description of Civil War:
Help! Rogues, thieves, rapscallions alike have all started riots in my
town! One of my greatest fears of a civil war in the prosperous New Rigel
may soon come true! Please, good adventurer, go about the town and try to
stop this fighting! It is my civil duty to stay here and give quests while
running the town, therefore I have no time to complete this task myself!
Visit as many people here as you can and beg them to stop fighting among
themselves, and try your best to find out what has started these conflicts!
Hurry back quickly as war may be on the horizon!
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 30 quest points, 2 practice points, 7500 experience points, and 4000 gold pieces.
