NPC: Dennar
Long Desc: Dennar is here, protecting New Rigel with his life.

A very large, robust man with wide shoulders and yet even with the
enormous size of this man, Dennar is one of the kindest souls in New Rigel.
He is here to greet travelers as much as to deter the violence which seems
to be erupting in Alyria.  Often you can find young travellers asking him
for directions.
He is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
