Circling the periphery of New Rigel, Bastion Road follows the protective
wall that encloses the city.  The outside is the tall stone wall defining
the municipality while a variety of small businesses and homes dot the
inside of the long, jagged road.  The South Gate rises to the south.  North
is a small locker storage building.  Bastion road runs east and west.
A guard stands at the gate keeping unwanted people out.
Dennar is here, protecting New Rigel with his life.
