Circling the periphery of New Rigel, Bastion Road follows the protective
wall that encloses the city.  The outside is the tall stone wall defining
the municipality while a variety of small businesses and homes dot the
inside of the long, jagged road.  A steel plaque has been mounted upon the
storefront to the north.
