This quest [31139] is called 'Don't Drink And Ride',
for Adventurers levels 15 to 60.
This is a SEASONAL quest. It is available for a limited time.
Lord Vashir [The Towne of New Rigel] is the master in charge of this quest.
Over the last few years there has been an increasing problem with drunken
riders causing mayhem on the streets of Alyria during the Yule festivities.
This year a number of Alyrian leaders including myself have decided to try
and prevent a recurrence. We will have a "Don't Drink and Ride" campaign!
This will have three components. The first will be education. I want you
to visit men and women who run stables and tell them to advise their
customers about the danger of riding while under the influence of alcohol
and inform them of this years campaign. Second we wish to monitor progress.
I want you to recruit observers who can keep an eye on whether obviously
drunk riders are ignoring our warnings and inform the appropriate
authorities. Give them a suitable reward. The third phase is deterrence.
We need to show people what will happen if they continue to drink and ride.
I will give you a list of offenders that have recently been found guilty of
being drunk in charge of a horse. Make an example of them.
