NPC: Marco, the stable master
Long Desc: The stable master prepares a horse for riding.

This middle-aged man is the owner of the New Rigel stables.  He looks
quite content, whistling as he polishes a leather saddle.  Although his
horse rental business does turn a nice profit, he is happier with the fact
that his job gives him an excuse to work with his favorite animals
personally.  Years of riding have given the stable master a wiry frame, and
he looks like a pretty tough individual.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
