Long Desc: A stout elven man stands here giving directions to the stable boys.

This well fed and plump-looking elf stands here giving directions to his
stable boys.  He looks at a log sheet that has been tacked on the wall and
scribbles something in one of the sections.  With a cigar dangling from his
mouth he looks tired and as if he's ready to close shop for the day so that
he may retire to his quarters.
It is a elf approximately 4'7" tall.
