Long Desc: A menacing rogue looks prepared to slit your throat.

It is best to stay away from this elf.  Purposefully flexing the lethal
dagger in his hands, he is all set to take your life, regardless of whether
you are a close aide to the lords of the realms or just a common peasant so
long as you pick up the courage to provoke him.
He is a elf approximately 4'9" tall.
