This quest [745] is called 'The Man Who Would Be Lord',

Lord Vashir [The Towne of New Rigel] is the master in charge of this quest.
There is one who I used to trust, who now wants to replace me as Lord of
this land. To date he has done nothing overtly towards this cause, but I
fear that with time he may be able to gather enough support to usurp my
rule. I need you to visit several of my most trusted friends and advisors
to warn them what is happening and make sure that they are ready to come to
my aid if it is needed. You will find them mainly in and around this very
town, though a quick journey to Rune will be required. Be quick and if you
do well, I will reward you handsomely.
