Quest: Gift for the Guard

This quest [1556] is called 'Gift for the Guard',
for Adventurers levels 60 to 90.
Lord Vashir [The Towne of New Rigel] is the master in charge of this quest.
Both Lord Agrippa and I have received complaints about our gate guards,
Dennar and Sathan respectively. These guards have been too strict, not
letting certain adventurers into town. We wish them to ease up on their
guarding habits, but they will not obey. Visit them both, and bring them a
"gift" that will make them unable to guard as strictly as they currently
are, if you catch my drift!
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive:
*Up to 32 quest points, 3 practice points, 18,000 experience points,
 0 build points, 0 piety, and 6,500 gold pieces.
You have 180 minutes remaining to complete this quest.
Gift for the Guard consists of:
Phase 1: Locate and deliver a shot of whiskey to Sathan.
Phase 2: Locate and deliver a bottle of Sepharian white wine to Dennar.
