I have heard rumors, of a cult from Diocletian attempting to use a ritual
deep in the bowels of the crystal city in the Temple of Sumter, to subvert
the antimagic nature of the numerous spires in my city, to deprive me and my
citizens of their protection from that obscene practice. This cannot be
allowed to happen. Find the original cult, slay all you can manage, then
venture to the Temple of Sumter, and destroy any possibility of this ritual
occurring. My city cannot fall to such blasphemous ruin.
