This quest is called 'Show Some Respect!', for Adventurers levels 40 to 59.
Description of Show Some Respect!:
I have recently received reports that the trainers in my town have shown
open disagreement with rewards for questing adventurers. The trainers have
become accustomed to being paid to train students and they resent my quests
as valuable practice for new adventurers. I need you to go to the trainers
in town, explain to them why you are there, and give them another reason to
respect me. After all, dead students cannot pay tuition.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 38 quest points, 4 practice points, 20000 experience points, and 4000 gold pieces.
You have 140 minutes remaining to complete this quest.

Phase 1: Visit The headmaster.

Phase 2: Defeat A young minotaur combat student.

Wandering streets of Telle — Jazmyne

Phase 3: Defeat A student of combat.

Fighters Guild — Kingkong

Phase 4: Visit The cavalier trainer.

Located in the Cavalier's Guild, NE side of Tellerium. — Vaneir

Phase 5: Visit The rogue guildmaster.

Tellerium, In the Rogue Guild off Wilkenson Boulevard. — Nemix

Phase 6: Visit Kessler.

Found in Kessler's Tower, off Telleri Avenue on the very east road of Tellerum. — Vaneir

Phase 7: Defeat A bewildered sorcerer.

Wonders the streets of Tellerium. Check northwest area of town. — Nemix
