Long Desc: Impressed that you found him, Kessler will teach you the magical arts.

When Lord Telleri issued the edict banning magic from the city the wizard
Kessler barricaded himself in this previously-deserted tower in the corner
of town.  The third floor is high enough to escape the effect of the
obelisks dampening magical powers so he has spent the past years here alone
in a single room studying his arcane books and losing all traces of sanity
in the process.
He is a gnome approximately 4'3" tall.
