Lord Telleri [Tellerium] is the master in charge of this quest.
Doubtless you are well aware that I have gone to great lengths to keep magic
out of Tellerium. I have my reasons for wanting to keep magic out of our
fair city, but in spite of my efforts there are those that still manage to
bring magic into the city. I need you to ferret out practitioners of magic
and show them that magic is not welcome in Tellerium. Destroy the
spellbooks you find so that none can learn the foul spells contained within.
You may need to speak with the librarian in order to learn where such
spellbooks can be found. Make haste now and teach the magic wielders of
Alyria that Tellerium will not allow the dastardly use of magic to go
unpunished!
