This quest is called 'Labyrinth Survey', for Adventurers levels

Description of Labyrinth Survey:
Although having owned this town since my brother was unfortunately killed, I know a lot about the various places here, although there is one place that I have not dared fully record, that of Acrons lengthy Labyrinth. Although I have sent my adventurers down to record it, few have returned without even the slightest clue as to how far they got, or even how they got out. To accomplish this recording, I need you to journey To the Survey shop, in order to converse with Marlee, the resident cartographer about mapping. Then, you will need to venture to the Goblin Slayer, who stands just outside the labyrinth itself, and knows a little of the surrounding area, of course, for this information he requires your services in removing goblins. Finally I wish you to venture to Acron himself, in the deepest part of the labyrinth, so you know you have recorded enough to return to me.

Phase 2: Visit
A goblin slayer.
Found in "The Entrance to the Labyrinth of Acron". located 4W and 1S of the Intersection of South Arnica Avenue and Indigo Way. —

Phase 5: Visit
Acron.
Acron is located in the Labrynth in Sigil. Easiest way to get to him is to go through Gwyllem (there's a riddle to pass) then get the black mushroom for Leoric (it is laying on the ground in an alcove just before him) then find Salem... search and try to go north... he will want a diamond but will show you the way to its hidden location he tells you what he wants. Once you return that to him go west to Acron. —
