This quest is called 'Feed the Felines', for Adventurers levels 60 to 119.
Description of Feed the Felines:
As everyone well knows, I have a soft spot in my heart for felines of all
kinds. That is why this disturbs me so much. I have heard that the felines
of Avros are undernourished and out of shape. Why you ask? It is because
they are feeding on the trash that litters the streets of this fair city,
when they should be hunting prey instead. I have ordered my staff to hire
more sanitary workers to solve the existing trash issue but I need your help
in nourishing my precious kitties back to health. You are to feed
nutritious foods to the felines of the wilds, those in Tellerium, and those
here in Templeton. You are also to terminate, with extreme prejudices, the
source of the refuse problem. May the Powers guide and protect you well.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 65 quest points, 5 practice points, 22000 experience points, and 9500 gold pieces.
You have 250 minutes remaining to complete this quest.

Phase 1: Locate and deliver a cold glass of milk to A stray cat.

Phase 2: Locate and deliver roast rack of lamb meal to A starving lion.

Phase 3: Locate and deliver a leg of lamb to A hungry lion.

Phase 4: Locate and deliver a roast salmon meal to A Persian cat.

Phase 5: Locate and deliver a steamed fish meal to A fat cat.

Phase 6: Recover a pile of trash. [2 times]

Phase 7: Defeat A gang member. [2 times]
This quest requires you to defeat two of this mobile. The mobile is mostly found in the northeastern parts of Templeton, in or around Orchard Boulevard. (Aggressive mobile towards non-faerie races) — Siege
