Description of High on Life:
My aides have reported an increased use of herbs in New Rigel, and all
across Alyria. I can not have people lying in the gutter, and going to work
high! For it is not just dangerous for themselves and those they work with,
but brings about a bad reputation of my wonderful city. Seek out those who
are distributing the herbs across Alyria, gather samples of the most
commonly used and take them to the Alchemist for analysis.
