This quest is called 'Primitive Toxin', for Adventurers levels
120 to
179.
Description of Primitive Toxin:
I have a mission for you that is of great importance. I meet regularly with
Sophia Clearsight to discuss various magical items and reagents that are
found left around in Templeton. In my last meeting with Sophia, she had no
such desire to talk to me about magical items. Sophia had just returned
from visiting Pelunia in the village of ogres that is situated in the far
northeast of Templeton. She had news most disturbing, the ogres may seem
dull witted creatures but in-fact they have created a toxin which when given
to other creatures puts the creatures under the ogres control. This toxin
has been spread across numerous creatures in the wilds around the village
putting creatures most powerful under the control of the ogres. Visit
Sophia and Pelunia, then track down the ogres in the wilderness who are
spreading this toxin. After you've finished with them, defeat the creatures
that have been poisoned by it. Finally, I wish you to return a sample of
the material to Sophia Clearsight so she may start work on an antidote. The
wellbeing of Templeton greatly depends on your success in this endeavour, I
wish you a safe journey!

Primitive Toxin consists of:
Phase 2: Visit
Pelunia.
Can be found near the initial entrance to ogre village. For those who don't know how to enter ogre village, you enter south from the first room with a water bucket. —

Phase 3: Defeat
An ogre headhunter.
They're outside the village. —
Euclid
I think these are either outside Ogre Village in the wilds, if not then they are in Ogre Village passed the river but before the the bridge to the village. —

Phase 4: Defeat
An ogre youngster.
There are ogre youngsters outside OV.
The ogre youngster is also found in Ogre Village, southern part (the village itself). —

Killing one of the ogre youngsters in OV did not complete this phase for me. (Which really sucks, because he was a real PITA.) I met another just outside, much easier to kill, that did work. —

Phase 7: Defeat
A hill giant.
Sigil wilds - Look in the mountain areas northwest and southeast of town. They are also in many other mountain areas across the world since they are a common wilds mob. —

Plenty of hill giants outside OV. Note: They're tough, and their bash kills a lot of HP. —

An antedeluvian kraken.
There are different types of prehistoric krakens. Use 'consider'. Might be the ones built like a fortress. —

For this quest it is the harder Krakens. Like, more than just 4 rounds to kill Krakens. —

A mysterious whysteria vine.
The vine is to the east, then south and west of the initial entrance into ogre village. Be careful when fighting it because it is a no-flee mob and is aggro. —

Locate and deliver an acidic leaf to Sophia Clearsight.
The mysterious whysteria vine drops the acidic leaf, and Sophia Clearsight is found in Templeton, Magical Aura. —
