This quest is called 'Brainwashed Knights', for Adventurers levels

Description of Brainwashed Knights:
The past few days the royal knights of Sigil have been awkwardly ignoring
several of my significant instructions. The mere consideration of rebellion
of these knights causes total chaos within my mind, now, this
misapprehension is slowly reforming itself within the real world. This
dilemma may possibly be caused by the knight, Lysle, this essential knight
was recently denied a departure of this town into the town of Vospire. This
arrangement of these occurrences may have drove Lysle into a transitory
state of lunacy. I dread the thought of losing one such as Lysle to the
ever-growing alliance of evil. Your responsibility today is to attempt to
bring Lysle back to a tranquil state of mind, and annihilate those who
threaten to cause further anarchy. The knights that seem to have been
brainwashed are currently assigned to patrol, The Council Chamber and The
Gallery. Lysle is also thought to be seen around these premises, please
assist the town of Sigil by serving me, and may the powers guide your brave
soul.
