This quest is called 'Dagger Industry', for Adventurers levels 140 to 200.
Description of Dagger Industry:
The town of Rune has become a prosperous in recent years and while we have
good trade relations with many towns throughout Alyria, we still seem to be
lacking in some of our industrial abilities when compared to many of our
neighbors. My advisors have analyzed the statistics and have informed me
that the most commonly purchased tool throughout Alyria is a knife, which is
also known as a dagger. I have been told that daggers have many uses in the
common everyday life of many people, aside from the use of daggers as
weapons for self defense I am told they are quite commonly used for food
preparation and cooking. Because this simple tool is so widely used and
versatile in functionality I am interested in having the blacksmith here in
the castle begin constructing the very best daggers in all of Alyria so that
Rune will become the place where everyone comes to buy daggers. To achieve
this goal it may be necessary for the blacksmith to examine daggers from all
over Alyria so that he will be able to craft new daggers that are superior
to all others. Go now and gather as many daggers as you can find, from all
over Alyria and deliver them to the blacksmith so that he can examine them.
