Quest: Derail The Coup
This quest is called 'Derail The Coup',

Lord Vashir [The Towne of New Rigel] is the master in charge of this quest.
A spy of mine was discovered and forced to flee to Desert Thorne, but not
before discovering a secret plot to overthrow me. I cannot stand for this.
I need to you find my informant and make sure he is alive and well. Then I
will need you to get the names of the conspirators from him and take care of
them. This must be done in the fastest manner possible. I trust you will
be able to take care of this with haste!
