This quest is called 'Outrage!', for Adventurers levels 60 to 120.
Description of Outrage!:
Outrageous! Simply Outrageous! It has been brought to my attention that
some residents of Templeton have been dealing in drugs, peddling them to the
common people. This drug trade has brought many businesses crumbling down
and the town is seeing an increase in crimes. Simply put, this problem has
to be solved with immediate effect. My advisors have drawn up a list of
locations around town where dealings have been carried out. Also, kill the
doctor and surgeon, both of whom have been the masterminds of this drug
trade. Once you have exterminated the threats to the town, visit the
captain of the guards and get him to increase the security in our castle
before I hang him in the gallows! Upon completion of your tasks, you shall
be rewarded greatly.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 70 quest points, 8 practice points, 20000 experience points, and 10000 gold pieces.
