Description of Templeton Building Code:
There are rumors going around that several of the foreign visitors that
flock to my city have complained about the condition of the buildings and
shops throughout the town. I think they may be over exaggerating a bit.
However, I would feel much better if you would go out and find any bits of
truth behind their claims. Search high and low for the smallest flaw and
take note of it. Report your findings to the mayor before coming back to me
to claim your reward. May the Powers protect and guide you!
