Description of Sigilian Building Code:
My messengers have expressed a concern in the quality of the buildings
within our realm as of late, and I have personally noticed that the floors
within my own palace are not as shiny as they normally are. I would like
you to go through all of the cities on this continent and make sure that
everything is in gleaming, pristine condition. Vospire, Diocletian, and
Sigil all need a thorough once over. Please, make haste and report to one
of my messengers with the list of repairs that need be made before you
return to me for your reward. May the Powers guide and protect you!
