This quest is called 'Summer Garden', for Adventurers levels 121 to 241.
Description of Summer Garden:
The height of the growing season is near. Gardens across the land are in
full bloom. As part of the upcoming mid-summer celebration, I would like to
organize a garden walk through some of the lush areas of Sepharia. Visit
gardens in the towns of New Rigel, New Kolvir, Rune and Gilvery. Cailin
O'Tera also keeps a vegetable garden that may be worthy of my garden walk.
