This quest is called 'Royal Court', for Adventurers levels 25 to 50.
Description of Royal Court:
I have a most important message that needs to be delivered very quickly
to several of my key people. I call upon you to find a number of important
people for me and deliver this message to each of them when you them.
First, you need to deliver this message to a Crimson Guard. They are loyal
soldiers of Sigil, so please they must be informed. Then the Silver Knights
need to get the message. Find a silver knight, and relay the message to
them. Also, the green knights need to be told this message. Please do the
same with the Black and the Blue knights as well. This message contains
information of a possible conspiracy inside this very city of Sigil. It is
hard to believe, but it is sadly true. I can give you no more information
as to the contents of this message. I am sorry, but it is confidential.
