Lord Vashir [The Towne of New Rigel] is the master in charge of this quest.
It is once again time to check the economy of New Rigel. I want to know how
money is moving through my city and what better way to find out than to talk
with the people who are moving the money! There are many vendors within
those city walls, but there are a few that I consider to be key in the
financial success of this great town. If you could please check in on them
and see how they are doing I would be willing to reward you for your
efforts! Prepare yourself to visit places you may not have known existed,
and to see wares that will dazzle and amaze! May the Powers guide and
protect you!
