Lord Agrippa [Runic Castle] is the master in charge of this quest.
It is almost All Spirits' Eve. People across the land are participating in
the holiday their own way. If you have not tried trick or treating, I
strongly reccomend it. While usually for small children, it can be fun to
dresss up as something else and eat candy. Go to our local costume shop and
buy a costume, get a bag and go harass my citizens for free sugar!
