Description of Greatest Costume Ever:
The All Spirits' Eve Costume Contest will be here soon and I still have to
decide on a costume to wear this year. To show off our town pride, I would
like to put together a "town guard" costume. Go and get some items that the
different town guards use or might wear as proud elves. I think that if I
can truly represent the New Rigel town guard I can win the contest!
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 40 quest points, 3 practice points, 30000 experience points, and 15000 gold pieces.
