This quest is called 'Breeding Program', for Adventurers levels

Description of Breeding Program:
It has come to my attention that out in the wilds, certain animals are
dying out because they are having trouble breeding due to the low numbers of
their species, and almost every animal they come across being a danger to
them. I want you to go out into the wilds, find them and bring them back
here to me before killing as many of the larger animals as you can that are
making it hard for the others to breed. Please, do not underestimate the
importance of your support on this matter. Good Luck! May the Powers guide
and protect you!

Phase 1: Rescue

Found in the tree in sigil, Up from the Ranger Trainer by the Pool. —

A yellow phoenix.
Can be found wondering the Krayos Mountains. —

I found mine in the Titan's Teeth, which are the mountains directly east of the Crossroad (the crossroad being the meeting of Great North Road, and West Road). And I think the Krayos mtns are near Xaventry. —
Tezaal
Yellow Phoenix can be found SW of Dio, in Krayos Mountains. Between Dio and Old Armegeddon Clan Hall. —
